In this episode, Johnson gets into more trouble in school when he gets on the wrong side of Delilah, the school's beauty queen and swimming champion; losing a bet to the nasty bitch queen, he... ends up publicly humiliated and vows to get even by getting a membership at the local gym. Meanwhile, Judy, the school therapist, develops an even stronger interest in Johnson's adventures with his close relatives, going as far as to invite him to a "private therapy" session at her home... where our hero spills the beans on his escapades with his sisters and gets a nice handjob in return.
