In this episode, Meltys' very first quest to carry a slight amount of risk - her attempt to procure some iron ore from a cave in order to repair the bridge across the Noosel Plains... - already lands her deep in trouble, as she loses an easy battle to the cave Goblins, whose favorite pastime, so it seems, is to perform cunnilingus on helpless little spoiled princesses while having their dicks sucked by said princesses at the same time. Later on, Meltys is humiliated even further by the little bastards' leader, the evil goblin girl Gobblers, but her biggest shock comes not from sexual submission, but rather by her encounter with her own sister Garnet, now apparently transmutated into some sort of lustful evil demon. Even so, Meltys persists in her quest and eventually manages to defeat Gobblers and gather enough materials to fix the bridge - unfortunately, a new and tougher challenge awaits her on the other side in the form of annoying blue Slimes with a penchant for DP'ing their victims... Taking a break from battling it out, Meltys returns to the town, where she raises a bit of money by helping the local hospital nurse old patients - and by "nurse", we of course mean "give them all the oral pleasure they can withstand".
