In this episode, Juno makes her way through the pitch-dark subway tunnels, which are now populated by a new species of mutants - the horrendous, crust-encased Crawlers, fortunately similar to Zombies in that they are... far more interested in sexually assaulting and impregnating their prey than devouring it (as Juno, unfortunately, has to find out for herself firsthand). It turns out that the appearance of Crawlers is somehow connected to the proliferation of a mysterious fungus which, when eaten, temporarily gives the victim superhuman strength and a strong penchant for anal sex - another lesson learnt by Juno when she tries to deprive an infected subway assistant from the key that might lead to her escape from this dreadful place. Finally out in the light, Juno finds herself in Hamilton Square, still a long way from home, and after a brief period of recuperation (again, accompanied with a vivid erotic nightmare about the Crawlers), starts to poke around the place, looking for survivors and a possible means of further escape.
