In this episode, Alvin confides in Dr. Mosely about Dennis' blackmail, and since it looks as if Dr. Mosely suffers from the little punk's insufferable behavior just as well, the two set up a complicated... scheme to trick Dennis and expose his illegal activities. The entire scheme, however, gets Alvin so worked up that not even his sexual heroics bring him too much comfort. While pretty much every single woman at school is now craving for his dick, and he does get to stick it inside both Lauren and Ms. Walsh in one day, his chief concern at this moment is the well-being of his two red-headed sisters... well, that and the ability to finally get inside their panties!
