In this chapter, Biff follows the kidnapped Mi-do to Patrick's hideout in the woods, where he finds the poor girl and rescues her from the creep's sexual torture. After a tense chase scene in the... woods, during which Biff is wounded and Patrick ceases to be a problem for good, the two hole up in a remote motel where Mi-do pledges her loyalty to her savior... by letting him take her as rough as he wants to. The next day, Biff puts Mi-do in Carli's care and continues his investigation.
